A Perfect Day!

Thanks to everyone for helping to make our wedding such a great day! I think you are a quite an attractive group!

Today I...

Cried a tear for all 8 keys I found ripped off my laptop keyboard and spread across my couch.

Took a deep breath when I found my wallet torn apart and half of my Real Estate License on the floor and the other half in the culprits mouth.

Regretted my decision of giving into the munchkin by giving her my ipod on our jog today only to find my head phones no where to be found when we returned home.

Thought "are you kidding me" when I found K in my basket of fresh picked tomatoes with a majority of the tomatoes with one bite gone and that one bite on the floor.

Got a little tired after picking up 400 raisins and 2 half eaten cookies in many locations of carpeted areas.

Got a great arm workout grabbing the monkey off my kitchen table after she climbed up on it about 15 times while I tried to make dinner.

Smiled when I saw this while checking on her after putting her down tonight...

And then thought...AHHH What an ANGEL! Bring on tomorrow, I wouldn't change a thing!!

A very happy birthday to our not much older, but much wiser sister Karilyn. How truly blessed we are to have such an amzing oldest sister watching over all of us. Lake Powell

Lake Powell was so much fun this year. The entire family was able to come, which made it such a great trip. The weather was perfect and we got to spend the 4th of July down there.

There was lots of skiing
Lots of time for airchairing

Lots of time for the molecule (can you believe the little dare devil! Yes she was getting pulled behind the boat and yes she loved every second; so much she was waving to all the houseboats full of people we passed in the canyon!)

Lots of time for hiking and exploring

Lots of time spent together

Lots of time to be cute Cute CUTE

And lots of time to be one big silly, crazy, happy family

The Eagle

Congratulations to Taylor for completing his Eagle! Taylor collected toys and made blankets for Primary Children's Hospital, which they were so appreciative of. Of course he had a "Martha Stewart" Eagle night with all the stops pulled out! We are so proud of you!

So I was studying this morning (I promise I was) when I decided to check the weather. I saw a link to this video and as only Dad would do, thought I would check it out. I was literally laughing out loud.

1) I have always thought people were idiots for driving into tornadoes.

Memorial Day Weekend

In a last minute decision, despite warnings from the weatherman, we packed up and headed to Lake Powell. And boy are we glad we did, it was sunny, relaxing and just plain fun. (I didn't mean it was sunny the whole time)

Our little Ms. Adventure. This little girl's adventurous side keeps me amazed and on my toes.
